LINDLEY pIERCE

Lindley is a textile artist and designer with over 15 years experience as a print designer, whose clients include Aerie, Gap, Coach, Tory Burch, Osh Kosh B’Gosh, Carter’s, Urban Outfitters and Hanna Andersson. Her expertise in creating brand-right prints from start to finish- from hand painting and drawing to color separating and creating layouts in repeat that are production ready. She is well versed in Adobe Suite, as well as textile specific software such as Kaledo and Ned Graphics. She loves interpreting and reworking vintage prints into modern layouts and color. Lindley has recently taken her experience in print & pattern design to focus on hand painting antiques and objects. She has painted on just about every surface - from shoes to furniture - and she's always looking for something to get her brushes on.

Lindley uses her love of nature and folklore as inspiration for her work, focusing on playful color stories and adding her own perspective to each piece. Lindley's shop, Age of Violet, is a vintage storefront where she is able to curate sustainably using her artistic eye. She believes that the way we dress and decorate our spaces should be a personal extension of our feelings and what inspires us.
